On one hand, Prof. Dr. Güralp Onur Ceyhan is involved in studies aimed at alleviating the pain and discomfort caused by pancreatic cancer through new surgical methods, owing to the proximity of the pancreas to nerves. On the other hand, Prof. Dr. Mert Erkan is conducting research on the spread and growth patterns of pancreatic cancer. Our team shares the results of all their work on PubMed, which is a repository for global scientific literature. Additionally, they present their findings at international conferences. In 2025-2027, Prof. Dr. Güralp Onur Ceyhan and Prof. Dr. Mert Erkan, who have been elected as the President of the European Pancreatic Club (EPC), will host the 2026 World Council in Istanbul.
